Abstract
In this paper, we propose a new lifelog management scheme that is based on the characteristics of the collected data and the user's behavior. In the proposed scheme, the available storage is selected for the preprocessing and storing of the lifelog data to reduce the performance overhead; moreover, the collection cycle and delivery cycle of a mobile device are adjusted based on the user's behavior. The cost analysis shows that up to 36.1 percent of the total lifelog management cost can be saved when using the proposed scheme.
